Pricing/Payment

Prices subject to change without notice. All clearance and seasonal items are final. Opening order minimum is $200, reorder minimum is $100. All orders are charged at the time you place the order. Net 30 terms may be available after two reorders upon request and approval.

 

Shipping

Orders ship from Cleveland, Ohio, US in 4-7 days from the order date via the shipping method chosen at checkout, subject to availability. If an item is on backorder, we will notify you immediately. Let us know before placing your order if you require specific lead times or time-sensitive shipping terms. International deliveries usually arrive within 3–4 weeks (barring unforeseen delays in customs). International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes due for customs clearance once the shipment arrives. All damages incurred during shipping will be covered by Indigo Maiden, but must be reported within a week.

Display and Packaging

All Indigo Maiden products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets may not be broken up and sold as individual cards. If Indigo Maiden‘s products are sold online, credit must be given to Indigo Maiden in the product description (as the vendor). Retailers may not sell Indigo Maiden products on third-party online platforms (i.e., eBay, Amazon, Etsy).

Returns/Exchanges

Indigo Maiden does not accept returns on wholesale orders. Exchanges may be permitted on a case-by-case basis shortly after delivery.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing shopindigomaiden@gmail.com. If you have any questions around lead times or rush processing, please reach out before placing your order.
