Wholesale FAQ

Minimums and Case Sizes

  • Initial order minimum: $200
  • Reorder minimum: $100
  • Case sizes: noted on each product page (6 for most items)

Returns and Exchanges

  • Indigo Maiden does not accept cancellations or returns on wholesale orders.
  • Exchanges may be permitted on a case-by-case basis shortly after delivery on non-seasonal items.

Lead Time

  • Current lead time is always posted at the top of our wholesale site (usually 1-3 business days)

Payment Terms

  • All payments are due when order is placed, unless net terms are arranged.
  • Net 30 is available upon request if conditions are met. Please email wholesale@indigomaiden.com for more information.
