Shipping

  • Orders ship from Cleveland, Ohio, US in the lead time stated in the header via the shipping method chosen at checkout, subject to availability.
  • Expedited shipping is available upon request. Please send us an email at shopindigomaiden@gmail.com if you are interested.
  • Let us know before placing your order if you require specific lead times or time-sensitive shipping terms.
  • All damages incurred during shipping will be covered by Indigo Maiden, but must be reported within a week and packaging must be saved.

Display and Packaging

  • All Indigo Maiden products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging.
  • Boxed sets may not be broken up and sold as individual items.
  • If Indigo Maiden‘s products are sold online, credit must be given to Indigo Maiden in the product description.
  • Retailers may not sell Indigo Maiden products on third-party online platforms (i.e., eBay, Amazon, Etsy).

Returns and Other Terms

  • Indigo Maiden does not accept cancellations or returns on wholesale orders.
  • Exchanges may be permitted on a case-by-case basis shortly after delivery on non-seasonal items.
